School and citizen training: from the teacher's daily life

Today education and research must be at the level of the real circumstances of society. The research carried out focused on putting together a theoretical construction that allows the social understanding of the reality of the school and citizen training based on the social representations of teachers in order to be explained and understood within the framework of the socio-educational problem. Theoretically supported by the foundations of Berger and Luckman (1991) and the social representations of Jodelet and Moscovici. Delimited within an epistemological position. Under a qualitative directionality. An in-depth interview was applied to six informants; key, special and representative of different public schools in the state of Carabobo, allowing a flow of information for the theoretical construction, which was analyzed through content analysis. The school is a collective construction of the same society, where there is a vision of a shared world, processes of interaction and communication, in which the other, the events, events, objects and meaning is apprehended.
