Abstract

This article shows the case of a 33-year-old male patient who referred pain on tooth 2.1 and aesthetic disconformity. An unfavorable prognosis was determined after the endodontic consultation. A minimally traumatic extraction was planned with xenograft placement and an activated surface implant placement by means of the immediate implant technique. The results obtained in the three-dimensional position, structures preservation and implant stability were optimal, necessary for proper soft tissue management and pink aesthetic preservation.
