This paper introduces the step-by-step design and implementation of an electrocardiogram electronic bio-amp circuit, hereinafter ECG. Due to being a graphic representation of heart electrical activity, the ECG is interpreted as a sparkled signal with a pointed structure called PQRST complex, corresponding to the depolarization of the heart's ventricles. For the graphic development, a flowchart was used as support where it describes each design step, its differential gain and simulations on frequency response, in an interval of 0,67 Hz to 200 Hz. Altogether, the data collection obtained by the “MIT-BIH: Arrhythmia Database” was used in this study, which consists of 48 data p/30 min each one, according to age and gender in healthy patients. The completed development was executed under several considerations and design criteria, in interpretations and quality of components involved.
